Appointment Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your scheduled appointment. After the 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If the cancellation is within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Child Policy:
CHILD POLICY: We love your children, but due to safety concerns and limited space, we kindly ask you not to bring your children or any additional guests to your appointment. If you are without childcare during the time of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule before 48 hours. This policy ensures that you and the rest of our guests have a relaxing experience at our salon and is made with your child's safety in mind.
